M6000 Module

The compact M6000 is a 25 μm pitch, 640 x 480 pixel array infrared module. The M6000 with its small size and high resolution is ideal for OEM applications providing unsurpassed integrator flexibility and customization where high resolution and image clarity are vital. The DRS M6000 is the first module available to the commercial infrared market using the industry leading advanced 25μm 640 x 480 pixel array. Based on the market preferred uncooled VOx Microbolometer technology the M6000 and E6000 provide the highest resolution available in thermal imaging at a 30 Hz frame rate. Measuring approximately two inches in diameter the M6000 is perfect for applications requiring minimal space and high resolution.
